It's fairly straightforward and easy. There was a time where I treid to cancel my tickets and I contacted staffs via WhatsApp and the staff provided the answer that I needed. It's the first time I booked Russia railway tickets and therefore the staffs feedback was very important. Thank you again!

The booking experience was very easy and the personnel at the train stations were always helpful
