Cancel Tickets

You can cancel only the tickets that were booked on The cancellation is available in your Profile. To log in to your Profile, use the email address to which the tickets were sent.

Three steps of the cancellation process:

  1. Find your order in the list of orders in your Profile.
  2. Click the cancel button for each ticket you want to return. You will not see the cancel button if the cancellation is not possible (you can contact our Customer Support team  with any questions about the cancellation terms).
  3. The refund will be made to the customer's bank card minus the carrier's penalties and our cancellation fee.
