Like: everyone has a reserved seat, catering service onboard, train was clean and ontime Dislike: very narrow seating, especially cos the trains are fully booked normally

The train was perfectly on time , the staff was very kind and helpful with me as a foreigner .. Nice cabin , clean and comfortable .. Just the noise made it difficult to sleep ..

There was not offered tea which was unacceptable as Iknow from my own experience the first thing which should be done by worker of train is oferr to drink a tea, (russian tradition.), Another thing was is that there was not drinking water in coupe , so , I was forsty, as it was late time to buy a drinking water ,, so, I have t go to bed without having simply glass of water, I addition I would like to say that condinitioner was not work cold enough.
